The world now is very noisy!
According to Forbes, an average person is exposed to an advertisement around 4,000 to 10,000x 🔗 per day! 😱
That’s a lot of distractions!!!
Have you every noticed you wanted to do something but you end up doing something else? And you only noticed that after few hours?
It happened to me many times! Countless of times!
And that’s what’s gonna happen to you if you don’t prioritize!
If you don’t plan your day, or you don’t spend a little bit of time to prioritize the more important tasks, you end up doing the things that don’t matter… like doom-scrolling!
Doom-scrolling means you are just mindlessly scrolling your facebook, tiktok, or instagram feeds - wasting a lot of time!
Or, you end up doing the things that has little or no impact at all.
When you feel like you are wasting time, ask yourself?
Am I moving closer to where I want to go?
If your answer is YES, continue prioritizing! If not, better start prioritizing!
Do things that matter, if they don’t matter, ignore them!
Do things that has bigger impact, if they don’t have bigger impact, find other things that can give you more results!
