When dealing with Nurturers, you have to be very careful especially with your words that might offend them. Usually, they are sensitive and would easily be hurt when you criticise them.
Be very patient, don’t raise your voice and better show them that you appreciate their contribution.
It is estimated that 35% of the population are Nurturers, 35% are Thinkers, 15% are Promoters, and 15% are Leaders.
This means that if you only speak your own language, you run the risk of creating conflict with 65% to 85% of the people you interact with.
