Have you heard of the phrase, “You are what you Watch”?
I heard this when I attended a business workshop while we were on a cruise to Korea. I learned that disciplined people don’t watch TV or they don’t even have TV.
Most of them, they have huge TV but they only turned their TV on once in a blue moon.
Because they are disciplined, they don’t watch TV, and they can spend their time to what really matters most.
Because they are disciplined, they become successful!
They believed watching TV is a waste of time.
Aside from that, they believed that watching news, drama, Netflix can affect their emotional state negatively.
If their emotional state is negatively affected, they won’t be effective, they become agitated, more stressed and become less focused.
In my previous article, I shared that we need to be careful on what we feed to our body, because we are what we eat.
This time, let us be careful what we feed to our mind because we are what we watch and listen to!
