Thank you @mc! You are right, it takes time to know and discover another's personality. Especially we are not trained to identify one's personality. There are people who are very great at hiding their personality for whatever reason they may have.
There are only a few skilled and expert people who are able to detect the type of personality of a person within just one meet up! These people have mastered the "Art of Getting Along" and the "Art of Building Rapport" that in just few minutes of interaction, they can already pick up the top 2 personality of the person and are able to instantly adjust their behaviour, their words and the way they interact with that person. Hence, they will already know what words to avoid and what words to emphasize.

It takes time to know and discover another's personality including the dominant personality.
