Once upon a time, there was a baby elephant named Ella.
When she was smaller, they tied her to a peg with a strong rope.
She tried to run and play, but she couldn’t because the rope was too strong for her.
As Ella got bigger, she became a very strong.
But here's the funny part – she never tried to run.
Why?
Well, when she was little, the rope was too tough, and she couldn't get away. So, she learned that trying to escape was impossible for her.
Now, even though Ella was big and strong, she still thought the rope was too strong for her.
She didn't know she could easily break free. So, she stayed near the peg, thinking it was too difficult to run away.
Why am I telling you this?
The story of Ella shows us that sometimes we think things are too difficult because of what happened in the past.
Maybe, when we were younger, we were being told that we were no good, or we were not capable of achieving great things or simply being told that we were dumb or hopeless.
And that slowly trickled to our subconscious mind and we started to believe it.
But just like Ella, we might be much stronger than we think!
You are stronger than you think!
