FINDING YOUR WHY helps you push thru difficulties and challenges.
If you cannot figure it out, when you get tired, when life throws challenges at you, you will go back to your default settings, you will revert to your default programming and you would think you are back from where you started…
FINDING YOUR WHY means you are finding your motivations, your drive, what makes you tick - it will sustain you through your journey. It will serve as your north star.
Two Types of Motivations:
Internal Motivation
coming from inside, usually deep-rooted motivations, more long-term
Ex. I want to be better because I want to be a better version of myself
External Motivation
coming from outside, usually based on material things, short-lived
Ex. I want to be better so I can get a promotion
Each one of us have different motivations.
Think about it carefully, take your time.
As the song goes, “Only fools rush in…”

For me, as long as you have a MOTIVATION your in track and you are still aiming to reach you goal.
