My 20-hr FREE Singapore Trip ✈️
So close yet took too long to arrive...
FREE stuffs may come with a price, but don’t complain, because it’s FREE 😂

Travelling alone from my hometown to Singapore was fun, exciting and interesting. It’s like a journey to the unknown.
The normal Cebu, Philippines to Singapore flight is only 3hrs and 50 mins. Since I am from Bohol, I have to go to Cebu via a 2-hour ferry ride. Then go to the airport via taxi and wait for 2 hours - normal stuffs - approximately takes around 9 hours from my hometown to Singapore Airport.
But since my ticket was free, the travel agent had to “squeeze” me to any available flight.
At that time, all the seats were taken from Cebu to Singapore, so they “slot” me to fly via Manila. And I agreed. When they checked, there was no direct flight from Manila to Singapore as they were full. However, they found a seat via KL, Malaysia. Without hesitation, I said yes. And when in KL, I had to wait for 4 hours, only then, I can fly to Singapore.
So my journey was Bohol → Cebu → Manila → Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia → Singapore.
Normal trip would be around 9 hours but because I was routed to Manila and KL before Singapore, it took me almost 20 hours!
Well, I had no problem with that because I was already expecting it. After all, it was free.
